Meet Casey Keenan
Casey Keenan is the Founder & CEO of NorCal Cleanout, a premium cleanout company proudly serving the East Bay and greater Northern California. A lifelong East Bay resident, Casey grew up in Pleasant Hill, graduated from De La Salle High School, attended UC Berkeley (Go Bears!), and has always been proud to call this community home.
The idea for NorCal Cleanout wasn't born from a business plan. It came from personal experience.
In 2022, Casey's mother passed away unexpectedly. Like so many families, his own was left navigating not only grief, but also the overwhelming responsibility of sorting through a lifetime of belongings. Every room held memories. Every box required difficult decisions. Finding someone who could help with both professionalism and compassion proved nearly impossible.
That experience revealed a gap in the industry. Most companies focused on hauling things away. Very few understood the emotional weight that often comes with letting them go.
After nearly a decade at The Clorox Company, helping consumers care for their homes, Casey decided to build the kind of company his own family had needed. One that treats every home with respect, every client with empathy, and every project with the care it deserves.
Today, NorCal Cleanout helps homeowners, families, seniors, real estate professionals, and estate executors navigate life's transitions with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine compassion. Whether preparing a home for sale, helping a loved one downsize, or clearing an estate after a loss, Casey believes every project deserves thoughtful service and clear communication from start to finish.
